Refund/Return Policy

If you receive a damaged bottle, we ask you to send it back but must be sent unopened. We are unable to process returns if the bottle has been opened. Once the wine is received, returned we will gladly process your refund minus the cost of the shipping. If you order wine and must cancel the order, we are unable to to accept the return once processed.
